Evangelism

The Gospel and a Proposition

For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life John 3:16.

And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.

For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received, that Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, and that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, 1Cor 15:3-4

He made Him who knew no sin to be sin on our behalf, so that we might become the righteousness of God in Him 2Cor 5:21.

... that if you confess with your mouth LORD Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses resulting in salvation Rom 10:9-10.

Love

Popular culture is not shy to characterize love: it's a battlefield, it is all you need, a hard habit to break ... But what is love, and what is it to love?

The Handwriting of God

Scripture records three occurrences where God writes a message with His own hand – the Ten Commandments written on stone, the handwriting before Belshazzar on a plaster wall, and words written by Jesus in the dust of the Temple ground. Together, these three occurrences portray a message of truth, grace, and salvation.
